How do I create an account?

Using the login button at the top right corner, you can register an user account by adding the valid email address and the contact number.

How to take the course ?

Login to the portal with your registered user account. Navigate to the store page where all the courses are listed. Select the interested course and proceed to purchase it.

How to access the course ?

Once the course is purchased, it would get added to your library under your user account. Click on the Course image seen under the option "Active courses" under the library of your user account to start the course.

I have issues with Login, what should I do?

You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to login with the new password.
If the issue still persists, drop an email to support@gpmtechtrain.com with the issue details.

I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?

Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used for purchasing/using the access code. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is still not available, please drop an email to support@gpmtechtrain.com
